YOUR CHOICE OF OWNERSHIP
We are currently holding positions on the first (120 unit) phase at Roffé Paraíso. You will have a choice of selecting between 1BR, 2BR, 3BR and penthouse suites at either a fractional or whole ownership. All of our units are designed to have a generous floor plan, ranging in size from approximately 900 to 2,820 sq. ft., with each one of them having balconies with an ocean view or towards one of our 3 exotically landscaped pools.

As an owner at Roffé Paraíso you will have full access to our penthouse clubhouse that will feature an elegant 4-star restaurant, fitness center and professionally staffed life & wellness center/spa. You will also have the privilege of onsite concession areas, shops, post office, communication center and the use of bicycles, “solar” carts and hybrid eco-cars. Nestled around the facility will be walking paths and trails that are extensively landscaped, private oceanfront beach access, and an enclosed parking garage hidden under a “green” roof that also sites a professional grade tennis court.
